Mary Lee believes that it is important to be the change we wish to see in the world.
In providing solid and sustainable healing modalities for both clients and students of her trainings, she fulfills her dreams and purpose of supporting others in elevating their lives from "getting by" to "WOW!" When people are healthy and living from a place of purpose, they are contributing to the betterment of their lives and the lives of those they influence.
By developing this work as a soul-centered holistic practice, the deepest, most sustainable, results are produced. This has been the driving force in her life, since childhood, and more visibly in her professional life since the 1980s. With a successful private hypnotherapy practice of over 20 years, she has developed an acclaimed training program, bringing her skills and wisdom to a greater circle of influence through the good work of her graduates.
Mary Lee LaBay, Ph.D., is the author of 5 books, including Hypnotherapy: A Client-Centered Approach and Exploring Past Lives: Your Soul’s Quest for Consciousness. She teaches the professional hypnotherapy programs at Bastyr University and formerly at Bellevue College, and also instructs professional trainings in past life regression and techniques of spiritual exploration.
Beginning in the late 1960’s with studies in Tarot and Astrology, Mary Lee continued her pursuit of the spiritual with intense training from the Celtic/Druidic perspective, moving into hypnotherapy as a means of taking this work even deeper.
She followed up with a doctorate in behavioral psychology, and certifications in NLP, Reiki, Gestalt, EFT, Remote Viewing, and Applied Kinesiology. She was named among the Top 100 Thought Leaders of 2007 by Personal Excellence magazine, and maintains a private practice in Bellevue, WA.
