During over 20 years of education, self-development, and professional practice, it became apparent that the troubles people experience, on any level, can be traced back to an axiomatic belief that is out of alignment with reality. It is much like building a tower on a pile of shifting sand.
In providing the tools for replacing the sand with a rock-solid foundation, the tower, or life, that is build upon it has stability and longevity. The foundation is created with the "building blocks" of our perceptions, knowledge, habits, tradition, culture, and other internal and external influences. A healthy life requires that these foundational pieces are in sync with the reality of the universe. Otherwise, the stress of incongruency results in dysfunction, illness, and disease.

If the philosophical concepts, physics, and techniques form the structure of the healing process and the building blocks of a healthy lifestyle, intuition and imagination inform the flow, connections, and creativity.
